Community Outreach Director

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic people person.
• Self-starter and able to drive sales growth.
• Fast Paced environment.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work individually supervised by highly driven outgoing team members.
• Travel to designated communities, nursing homes, skilled nursing and senior homes.
• Generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets.
• Visit 6-10 skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, etc a day.
• Sources and be responsible for resident move ins into our senior communities minimum of 8 a month, no cap and earn commissions per move in.
• Network with social workers, administrators and build relationships in your territory.
• Spend 90% of your time on the field marketing, coordinating move ins and building a network of relationships in your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain company CRM database.
• Administer day to day operations of the sales room at the community.
