Community Office Assistant Manager (Bloomfield)
About the Role
The Community Office Assistant Manager is responsible for working as an active leader within the Community Office sales/service team. This role plays a key role in independently interacting with customers with the goal of delivering a solution to each unique customer situation. The Assistant Manager is asked to achieve personal sales/acquisition goals while also assisting the Community Office Manager with motivating, coaching, and mentoring branch personnel toward their own individual goal attainment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Community Office Manager in establishing growth, sales, and profit objectives for the office.
- Provide input and coaching on these objectives to help ensure branch staff is trained to meet customer service needs as well as sales objectives.
- Ensure that all sales and customer service reporting information is provided on a timely basis.
- Make sales and customer service calls on present and prospective clients within the market area at required volumes.
- Develop and communicate quarterly sales plans for the branch that outline action steps to maximize acquisition, growth, and retention of customers based in their defined market area.
- Actively participate in the community in a manner that reflects favorably on the Bank.
- Acquire and develop knowledge of the laws, regulations, and practices that impact the banking industry.
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in related banking and/or sales management positions.
- Specialized banking education and training.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated management and supervisory skills.

Pay
Compensation range: $28.50/hour. The actual salary offered within the range is dependent on factors including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
