Community Membership Lead

About the role

Join the Girl Scouts team and help grow the movement by recruiting youth members, engaging volunteers, and launching new troops across an assigned territory in Southwest and South-Central New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through community outreach and recruitment.
• Build partnerships with schools, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations.
• Lead engaging in-person and virtual recruitment events and presentations.
• Support volunteer onboarding and new troop development.
• Utilize Salesforce and data insights to achieve membership goals.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support local communities.

Requirements

• Experience in community outreach, sales, recruiting, membership, volunteer management, or business development.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
