Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for personal production and helping team to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow
- Help motivate and assist with training the CMP team
- Help resolve guest issues, complaints
- Aid the Supervisor and Manager with reports and site updates
- Resort tour reception and sales/marketing liaison
- Aid with recruiting future CMA talent
- Aid Supervisor and Manager with training - new hire and on-going
- Comply with Human Resource and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Wyndham CMP Timeshare experience required
- 2+ years CMP lead experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, previous supervisory experience
- History of reliability, dependability and effective follow through
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must be able to work flexible schedule
- Must be proficient at Excel, Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office)
- College degree preferred, High School/GED required
