Community Manager - The Rylan

Qualifications

• MUST have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
• SUPERVISORY/management experience a MUST!
• Yardi experience PREFERRED.
• TEAM BUILDING and EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT skills a MUST!
• DemonstrATED OPERATIONS skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are REQUIRED to make this position a SUCCESS!
• MUST have a VALID driver's license and proof of insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

• $75 - $85K/annual
• MOSTLY monthly and PERFORMANCE BASED incentive bonuses

California pay range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD
