What You’ll Do
- Manage the overall financial performance of the property
- Set and achieve leasing and occupancy goals
- Build and lead a high-performing onsite team
- Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning
- Oversight of the full resident lifecycle—from move-ins to renewals
- Rent collection and handling of legal processes
- Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal and home readiness
- Stay informed about the local market and competing properties
Pay & Benefits
- $53,000/year, plus: Up to 20% annual bonus
