As a Community Manager, you'll play a vital role in fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment where every employee-owner contributes to the company's success.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals, ensuring a highly engaged team provides a great experience for our residents.
- Ensure all community staff payroll is processed and maintained.
- Manage community finances by collecting all monies due and depositing them.
- Purchase and maintain adequate supplies for the community.
- Maintain acceptable levels of occupancy (minimum 98%) and positive relationships with the community owner/s and its residents.
- Review rental applications for approval.
- Complete move-out paperwork according to governing regulations.
- Perform unit move-out, annual, and housekeeping inspections in a timely manner.
- Audit all resident files and ensure they are complete and correct before forwarding to supervisor for review/approval.
- Timely completion of reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the Company.
- Maintain the community to Company standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD / Section 8 experience a big plus.
- Or, 3 years previous experience in a general manager position, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience.
- A high school diploma, or associate’s degree is a big plus. Having COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM is a plus – you will be given the chance to obtain as an associate.
- Dependable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued residents.
- Deadline driven, with a keen eye for detail, compliance, and quality.
- Great computer skills and fluency with Microsoft Office suite, and experience with Yardi is a big plus.

Pay
Up to $55,000 - dependent on experience.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, Full-Time.
