Vitality Living is a vibrant community dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for residents, families, and team members. We are seeking an exceptional Community Manager to join our team of senior living professionals.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing activity to ensure full occupancy.
- Manage the business to exceed operational and financial expectations.
- Set care and engagement standards for all residents.
- Manage culinary systems to ensure exceptional, nutritious, and delicious dining experiences.
- Cultivate genuine relationships in both the community and the community at large.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of leadership experience in senior independent living or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in developing teams, delivering results, communicating with team members and customers effectively, and strong financial acumen.

- Passion for working with senior adults.
