About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, attractive, and well-managed environment that fosters a strong sense of community among residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of residential community operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Cookordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities to ensure the community remains in excellent condition.
- Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting related to community operations.
- Plan and execute community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing residential communities.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain high-quality services.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for property owners and management.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years proven experience as a Residential Community Manager in a fast-paced residential community.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and residential community operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to residential property management.
