We invite you to join our passionate team as a Community Liaison, where your efforts will profoundly influence patients and families during some of their most critical times. This unique role blends outreach, advocacy, and education as you become the trusted face of hospice services—building meaningful partnerships and driving awareness throughout East Mesa.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and empathetic resource, guiding families toward the compassionate care they deserve.
  • Conduct outreach, presentations, and educate healthcare providers about hospice services.
  • Work independently while managing a busy territory, self-motivated and organized.
  • Travel within East Mesa regularly for client visits and community outreach.
  • Represent the organization at community events and professional meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years of sales or marketing experience in healthcare, ideally in hospice or palliative care.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient and family interactions.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required for local travel throughout East Mesa.
  • Must be willing to travel within East Mesa regularly for client visits and community outreach.
  • Comfortable representing the organization at community events and professional meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Strong background in healthcare marketing or sales, especially within hospice or end-of-life care environments.

Skills

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
  • Skilled at conducting outreach, presentations, and educating healthcare providers about hospice services.
  • Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently while managing a busy territory.
  • Prior clinical experience within healthcare or hospice settings.
  • Experience negotiating marketing contracts and working closely with clinical teams.
  • Familiarity with local healthcare networks and community organizations.
  • Knowledge of patient consent processes and hospice care philosophy.

Benefits

  • A competitive base salary ranging from $84,000 to $96,000 per year plus uncapped commission opportunities.

Schedule

A Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm schedule.
