Community Lead

About the role

This role exists to find and engage with early users, build a community around Vantheon's AI investment tools, and scale successful channels.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and seed our beta testers
• Identify and embed in existing communities
• Build and grow Vantheon's own community presence
• Run experiments across channels and formats
• Engage Vantheon's voice across social and community channels
• Show up at Austin events and run in-person events
• Think ahead and translate community insights into product and growth feedback

Requirements

Deep familiarity with online community dynamics, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of building and growing communities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in trading, investing, or gaming communities
• Personal investment history and strong opinions about the space
• Experience growing a social presence or community account from scratch
• Based in or around Austin
