Community Health Worker Trainee

Program Details

• Dates: September 29 to November 5, 2026
• Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Location: In-person in Boston, MA

Minimum Selection Criteria

• Must be a Massachusetts resident
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be unemployed or underemployed
• Must seek full-time employment after program completion
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be proficient in English
