About the role

The role is responsible for managing a team of researchers and overseeing the development of innovative solutions in the field of artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the research and development of AI-based solutions
• Manage a team of AI researchers and engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in AI research and development
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of AI professionals
• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
