Contributes to AHF by delivering comprehensive prevention and health services that address both medical and educational needs, particularly for communities facing systemic barriers such as LGBTQ+ individuals, Latine communities, youth, and people who use substances.

• Deliver direct care, facilitate testing and treatment, offer education, and link clients to essential services.
• Build trust and empower individuals to take charge of their health through a compassionate and culturally responsive approach.
• Reduce disparities and advance AHF's mission to promote health equity and dignity for all.
