- Develop and implement educational programs for community groups

- Assist individuals in accessing healthcare services and resources
- Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness about health topics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a health care or social services setting preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
Desired or Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing community or group education sessions
- Experience collaborating with community partners and providing linkage to resources

Qualifications
