- Collaborate with the Community Health Director to provide health promotion and monitoring of residents

- Provide resident and family education
- Schedule tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines and within allotted time
- Maintain resident confidentiality to assure all rights are protected
- Read, write, and communicate in English; Excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency
- Pass DSHS background check
