Responsibilities
- Provide support for Community Engagement & Chicago Bulls Charities programs and activations
- Receive payment for and schedule scoreboard messages
- Manage in-kind donation requests
- Organize and manage the department warehouse space
- Manage the Community Engagement Department email account
- Affiliate with all Community Engagement’s community activations
- Affiliate with Chicago Bulls Charities garage sales
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Chicago Bulls Charities 50/50 Raffle
- Track event and activation data for the department
- Game Day Responsibilities:
- Assist in any pre-game activations as needed
- Assist in any on-court activations as needed
- Support staff programming throughout the season (e.g., orientation, in-season initiatives)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous experience in sales/retail, non-profit, communications, entertainment and/or sports
- Strong communication (both written & verbal)
- Excellent teammate with positive energy who has a desire to learn, while also having the skills to work independently and know when to seek advice
- Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic
- Problem solver who performs well under pressure
- Social skills that reflect examples of teamwork, preparation, collaboration, responsiveness, and creativity
Pay & Benefits
- Pays $20/hour and is eligible to earn overtime pay

Work Schedule
- This role requires flexible work hours and may include work outside of normal office hours during the business week and on weekends
- This role is scheduled to start in September 2026 and continue until the conclusion of the 26-27 season
Location
- This role requires being currently located in or prepared to move to the Chicagoland area
