About the role
This position supports campaign, client-service, content, communications, reporting, and digital marketing workflows. The Community Coordinator role is designed for organized remote execution, accurate documentation, clear communication, and dependable follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks across campaigns, content, communications, client requests, and reporting priorities.
- Maintain campaign calendars, asset status, approvals, and supporting documentation to ensure marketing work moves on schedule.
- Review performance data and prepare clear updates that connect activity with measurable campaign or audience outcomes.
- Work with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, or creative partners to keep deliverables accurate, consistent, and on brand.
- Quality-check campaign information, content, records, and handoffs before completion and document important changes or decisions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform Community Coordinator work, or closely related training/experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote position.

Pay
Base compensation: $50,000–$78,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
