About the role
NFI North seeks a Full-time Case Manager for Bangor/Northern ME to coordinate services for adults with developmental disabilities. The position involves overseeing supports with individuals at their homes, at work, and with community supports. It also includes working with families, spouses, providers, and state agencies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee services for adults with developmental disabilities
- Coordinate with individuals, families, and state agencies
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a supportive team for assistance and guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human services, social work, special education, rehabilitation, or a closely related field
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Dependable automobile with comprehensive insurance coverage
