Community Care Delivery and Repair Specialist (Full Time)

About the role

Delivers and educates patients and caregivers on oxygen equipment, hospital beds, and other equipment that is instrumental in allowing patients to safely remain at home. Makes sure all proper documentation is completed at the time of delivery and troubleshoots any equipment concerns with the patient or caregiver. Repairs and replaces equipment in the home as necessary, and assists with repairing or reprocessing equipment at the Home Medical Equipment store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and educate patients and caregivers on home medical equipment
• Complete all required documentation at the time of delivery
• Troubleshoot equipment concerns with patients or caregivers
• Repair and replace equipment in the home as needed
• Assist with repairing or reprocessing equipment at the Home Medical Equipment store
• Perform all job duties or tasks as assigned
• Follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency
• Comply with all Benefis Health system organization policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Valid Montana driver’s license

Qualifications

• Previous experience or successful completion of factory training seminar for home medical equipment preferred
