About the role
Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a Community Behavioral Health Worker to join our team in Fayette County, OH. This position offers the opportunity to work with children and families, providing strength-based behavior change through the I-FAST treatment model.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST treatment model
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families
- Engage primary caregivers, family members, and community agency staff in change-oriented treatment
- Participate in regular training, professional development, supervision, and consultation activities
- Ensure clients have access to 24/7 support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years directly related experience
- Current license/certification in LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC (preferred)
- Experience working with complex family systems and youth with severe emotional/mental health issues
- Demonstrated cultural awareness
- Broad knowledge of community service systems
- Ability to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities
- Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment
