Responsibilities
- Diagnostic evaluations completed with accurate usage of ICD 10 classifications.
- Assessments reflect skillful appraisal of client strengths, resources, areas of competence, individual/family/interpersonal dynamics, environmental/cultural and situational variables.
- Individual service plans completed on time and consistent with agency quality standards.
- Goal and objectives are relevant to expressed concerns of clients with services tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Goals and progress towards objectives are evaluated with clients and their significant others.
- Commitment to agency core values is reflected in clinical practices.
- Well-coordinated referrals to other programs and resources, as well as coordination with team members.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work or MH Counseling preferred, Bachelor's Degree accepted in Social Work, or comparable human services field required.
- Ohio LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or IMFT license required.
- Minimum of two years of experience working in the behavioral health field.
- Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills.
- Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Starting at $50,000 for dependantly licensed and $57,000 independently licensed.
