Responsible for

  • Managing and servicing a portfolio of Business Banking clients that do not use digital tools.
  • Consistently delivering a differentiated client experience through proactive outreach to clients to support client needs.
  • Refer business and personal financial needs of assigned clients through the appropriate channel according to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
  • Monitor, maintain and update activity, pipeline, and other pertinent information using the Bank’s client relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Execute on all risk, operational, policy and quality expectations related to assigned client portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Understanding of business banking underwriting and loan structure (business banking segment: $2MM - $10MM in sales).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software.
  • Demonstrated ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent education and related training.
  • General knowledge of technical aspects of underwriting, loan structure and deposits.
