Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 1-3 years of experience or relevant education.Strong client relationship management, credit structuring, and cross-team collaboration skills.Excellent understanding of financial products, market trends, and compliance standards.Ability to analyze financial data, identify risks, and deliver customized solutions.Effective communication, community engagement, and team leadership qualities.
