Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. Key info: - Location: Belle Fourche, SD branch. Not a heading; we can put in a short p. - "What’s Important To You" paragraph about compensation and benefits: includes PTO, child care assistance, exercise reimbursement, health and happiness of community, etc. This is benefits info. - "We encourage you to apply." etc. - Summary: The Community Banker delivers personalized client service... (description). Could be About the role. - Essential Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications: includes "To perform this job successfully..." then "Knowledge, Skills And Abilities" list (many bullet-like sentences). Also "Education And/Or Experience": High School Diploma or GED required, 1-3 years banking or related experience required. - Physical Demands and Working Environment: details. - There's repeated line about current FIB employee apply through Career Worklet. - No explicit Pay or Schedule specifics (just "Typical Work Hours - Vary based on scheduling and business need" and "Regular and Predictable Attendance - Required". That's schedule info but vague. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. For Benefits we have specifics: PTO, child care assistance, exercise reimbursement. So we can include Benefits section. Schedule: we have "Typical Work Hours - Vary based on scheduling and business need" and "Regular and Predictable Attendance - Required". That's somewhat specific but maybe considered schedule info. However instruction: never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does state typical work hours vary, regular attendance required. That's schedule info. Could include Schedule section with that content. Pay: no mention of salary, so omit Pay. We need headings: About the role (maybe from Summary), Responsibilities (Essential Duties), Requirements (maybe Education/Experience), Qualifications (maybe Knowledge, Skills And Abilities), Skills (maybe overlapping), Benefits, Schedule. We must avoid duplication. We need to decide which sections to include. We have: - About the role: could be the Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities list. - Requirements: Education And/Or Experience (HS diploma, 1-3 years experience). Could also include physical demands? But physical demands maybe not a requirement; but could be part of Requirements. However we have Qualifications section separate. - Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities list (the long list). Also includes S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act requirement. - Skills: maybe we could split some of the knowledge/skills into Skills section, but we already have Qualifications. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine Knowledge, Skills And Abilities into Qualifications and not have separate Skills. Or we could have Qualifications and Skills separate if there is distinct content. But we have a lot of content under Knowledge, Skills And Abilities; we could treat that as Qualifications. Then Skills maybe not needed. - Benefits: PTO, child care assistance, exercise reimbursement, maybe also mention health and happiness of places we call home (community involvement). That's benefits. - Schedule: Typical Work Hours - Vary based on scheduling and business need; Regular and Predictable Attendance - Required. We also have location: Belle Fourche, SD branch. Could be a short p at top. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: lines like "If you are a current FIB employee, please apply through the Career Worklet in the Employee Portal." appears twice; we should remove that. Also remove "We encourage you to apply." etc? That's maybe part of What’s Important To You? Actually that line appears after community involvement. Might be considered boilerplate but it's a call to action; we should remove application instructions. So remove "We encourage you to apply." and "Reach for what you want and tell us why your work ethic and willingness to learn make you a natural fit for #TeamFirstInterstate." That's also application encouragement. Also remove "Learn a little more about what we do for the communities we serve and why we want YOU to be a part of it." That's maybe part of benefits/community but could be kept as part of About the role? It's not specific benefit; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? But it's more marketing; we could keep as part of About the role? The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This line is not exactly boilerplate but it's promotional; maybe we keep it as part of About the role? However it's not substantive job info. Safer to remove it as it's not essential duty/requirement/benefit. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. This line is not substantive about job; it's fluff. Could be considered boilerplate. I'd remove. Also "What’s Important To You" heading is not a standard heading; we can treat that as Benefits section heading? But we must use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should rename to Benefits. Thus we will produce:

Location: Belle Fourche, SD branch.

We also have physical demands info; could be included under Requirements or Qualifications? It's not exactly a requirement but maybe part of Requirements. However we already have Requirements (education/experience). We could add a section for Physical Demands but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes only those eight; we should not create other headings. So we need to fold physical demands into existing sections, perhaps under Requirements or Qualifications. Since it's about ability to perform job, could be under Qualifications. But we already have a long Qualifications list; we could add bullet points for physical demands there. However we must not invent content; we have to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include physical demands somewhere. We could add a

Requirements

and include education/experience and physical demands. Or we could add a

Qualifications

and include knowledge, skills, abilities and physical demands. Since Qualifications already includes knowledge, skills, abilities; adding physical demands there is okay. Thus we will add bullet points under Qualifications for physical demands: - Dexterity of hands/fingers to operate computer keyboard and mouse - Frequently - Handling - Frequently - Hearing - Frequently - Lifting - Occasionally (up to 25 lbs) - Sitting - Occasionally - Standing - Frequently - Talking - Frequently - Walking - Occasionally - Noise Level - Moderate But we need to keep them as bullet points; we can phrase as "Dexterity of hands/fingers to operate computer keyboard and mouse - Frequently." etc. We also have "Regular and Predictable Attendance - Required" already in Schedule. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "If you are a current FIB employee, please apply through the Career Worklet in the Employee Portal." We removed. Check for any leftover duplicated lines: we removed the repeated apply line. Now ensure we didn't include any headings with filler text. All sections have substantive content. Check Benefits: we included PTO, child care assistance, exercise reimbursement, community health/happiness. That's from posting. Check Schedule: we included typical work hours vary, regular attendance required,
