Responsibilities
- Create exceptional customer experiences as part of a collaborative team
- Represent FSCB's values with pride—inside and outside the bank
- Earn customer trust through accurate, efficient transaction processing
- Build and grow relationships with new and existing customers
- Proactively recommend and educate customers on FSCB products that support their financial well-being
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Teller/cash handling experience (desirable)
- Basic Math or accounting skills
- Computer Experience
- Exhibits Customer Service skills
- Sales Experience (desirable)
- Exhibits alignment with FSB Values
