Community Banker (57309)

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers by accurately and efficiently processing transactions
• Seek to improve the financial health of customers through the recommendation and education of FSCB products that meet their needs
• Work as part of a team to create exceptional customer experiences
• Advocate and represent FSCB corporate values both inside and outside the bank
• Develop and maintain accounts for new and existing customer relationships

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Teller/cash handling experience (desirable)
• Basic math or accounting skills
• Computer experience
• Customer service skills
• Sales experience (desirable)
• Alignment with FSB Values
• Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the business
