Job Summary
At Associa Sierra North, we develop future Community Managers through our Assistant Community Manager role. This position provides clerical and administrative support to the Community Manager(s), including homeowner communication, service requests, and ARB applications. Candidates must be detail-oriented, people-focused, and interested in long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do
- Support Community Managers with homeowner communication and service requests
- Aid in HOA meeting coordination, board packets, and documentation
- Learn financial basics such as budgets, invoices, and reporting
- Build relationships with HOA boards, residents, and vendors
- Assist with Architectural Review Board (ARB) application processing and on-site community inspections
- Gradually take on a small portfolio as you progress
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-3+ years in customer service, administration, hospitality, property management, or similar field
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in long-term career growth
- Professional, solutions-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
