About the role

HOAMCO is a leading provider in HOA management based in Scottsdale, AZ. They are seeking a talented HOA Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage community according to governing documents, management agreements, and contracts.
  • Proactively communicate with Board of Directors, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Show financial acumen and competency in preparing budgets, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining monthly financial records.
  • Follow internal processes for timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Attend and conduct meetings both in person and virtually.
  • Regularly visit properties for inspections, meetings, and project oversight.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and relevant laws, educating Boards on these matters.

Requirements

Qualifications include 2-5 years of HOA/COA Community Management or other Property Management industry experience, professional and dependable demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build quality relationships with Board and Homeowners.
