About the role

WeWork provides flexible workspace solutions to help businesses thrive globally. As a Community Associate, you'll support the Community Management team and build a welcoming community environment.

Responsibilities

• Build a welcoming and collaborative community environment through events and building relationships.
• Ensure the building is fully operational and processes are efficient.
• Drive growth and promotion of WeWork-provided service offerings.
• Support the Community Team as directed by the Community Lead and Community Manager.
• Illustrate WeWork’s core values and contribute to the mission.

Requirements

• College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required.
• 1+ years of hospitality experience.
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion.
• Passion for entrepreneurial communities and WeWork’s mission and values.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.

Benefits

• Base Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 hourly.
• Incentive Compensation: Eligible for an incentive plan specific to the role.
• Comprehensive benefits including 20 days of PTO, approximately 13 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k plan; life and AD&D insurance.

Pay

Base Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 hourly.
