Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the entirety of the lead to lease process of each prospect.
- Verify accuracy of each lease document.
- Provide peer to peer guidance/support to the prospects and residents.
- Maintain market knowledge for the community.
- Complete administrative tasks.
- Aid in marketing efforts.
- Maintain SPM University required trainings.
Education/Experience
Some College
Must have an understanding of today’s trends in marketing and social media.
Team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
