About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, residents, and potential buyers, providing tours, answering questions, and disseminating community information and its offerings.
- Assist the client’s marketing team in planning and executing marketing events with potential buyers, realtors, and residents, both inside and outside the community.
- Help organize and facilitate community events with the client, Lifestyle Director, and Farm Director.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, event registration, and supporting marketing efforts with weekly sales and traffic reports.
- Maintain operational tasks such ensuring a well-maintained environment and inventory management for on-site facilities.
- Follow checklists to open and close the facility properly, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
- Engage regularly with residents, prospective buyers, and staff, and perform facility tours as needed and directed by the Community Manager.
- Work closely with the team to facilitate communication goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with strong project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments. Alternatively, a minimum of six months’ experience with excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette will also be considered.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to develop, design, and implement programs and reports.
Personal Qualities
- A positive, outgoing personality, the ability to work well independently and as part of a team, and strong conflict resolution skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and attend community events.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Additional Information
- Work Schedule: The primary workdays will be on weekends, with additional hours approved for events and deadlines. Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
