Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
• Manage social media campaigns to increase audience engagement and reach
• Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, newsletters, and other internal/external communications materials
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to inform ongoing strategy adjustments
• Work with graphic designers and writers to produce high-quality content
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in communications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in communications or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
