Communications Specialist, Mid
About the role
The Communications Specialist, Mid will prepare and maintain a Marketing and Dissemination Plan, a webinar and video training plan, instructional documentation and training materials, and technical assistance documentation. They will implement user engagement and training plans, increase the user base annually, and promote the program at dissemination activities such as conferences and exhibits. Additionally, they will provide technical assistance, communication, and training to users.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain marketing and dissemination plans
- Create and update instructional documentation and training materials
- Conduct webinars and training sessions
- Provide technical assistance and user support
- Generate content for websites, knowledgebases, FAQs, user guides, tutorials, and SOPs
- Collaborate on promotional efforts at events like conferences and exhibits
Requirements
- Experience with professional and training engagements
- Experience developing written and video training materials
- Experience with user engagement, outreach, and promotion
- Experience generating content for websites, knowledgebases, FAQs, user guides, tutorials, and SOPs
- Experience conducting webinars, training sessions, and user support
- Experience developing survey questions
- Knowledge of NIH and CMS policies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience with professional and training engagements
- Experience with user engagement, outreach, and promotion
- Experience generating content for websites, knowledgebases, FAQs, user guides, tutorials, and SOPs
- Experience conducting webinars, training sessions, and user support
- Experience developing survey questions
- Knowledge of NIH and CMS policies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of NIH and CMS data
- Knowledge of data repositories and FAIR data sharing

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
