Communications Specialist - Hybrid

About the role

We are hiring a Communications Specialist Hybrid for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop written and online content
• Support Organizational Communications function
• Research and write content for intranet, newsletter, and emails
• Conceptualize and create media for internal audience in line with the goals of the unit and of the agency

Skills

• Proven writing and editing skills
• Ability to research and develop content
• Familiarity with graphic design
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize projects
• Ability to collaborate on projects
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Familiarity with photography
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, or similar
• 3‑5 years' experience working in Communications, Public Relations, or similar

Schedule

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Lunch Duration: 1 hour (unpaid)
