Responsibilities
- Drive communications support for product launches, strategic announcements, and thought leadership programs
- Build media relationships and pitch stories that advance Amazon's narrative in top technology publications
- Write media materials, talking points, and briefing documents that make complex chip technology accessible to any audience
- Work across Amazon and AWS communications teams to keep messaging aligned and amplify our story across channels
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify trends, measure impact, and sharpen our strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong writing skills with ability to simplify technical concepts for general audiences
- Experience working with engineering or product teams
- Track record pitching and securing coverage in technology publications
- Comfort working under tight deadlines with shifting priorities
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Interest in AI, cloud computing, or semiconductors

- Base salary range: $84,200.00 - $147,400.00 USD annually
