Position Summary The Communications Specialist will serve as a key resource whenever key communications and/or presentations are required across the broad Labor Sourcing organization including but not limited to the Strategic Supplier Program. This role focuses on drafting, refining and managing communications and presentations both internally with key stakeholders and potentially externally with key 3rd parties. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing communications for a senior leadership audience, with a potential background in marketing /or sales environments a plus. This role requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Role Purpose To enhance communication output and messaging ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism aligned to the objective of the specific content. The Communications Specialist will be responsible for crafting and refining communications that engage internal teams and supplier partners effectively, supporting program goals and fostering strong relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop, refine, and deliver clear and compelling communications for internal stakeholders and suppliers within the Strategic Supplier Program.Lead the creation and presentation of leadership-level communication presentations.Partner with program leadership to align delivery milestones with strategic messaging.Ensure consistency and clarity in all communications to reinforce program objectives and partner engagement.Utilize tools (PowerPoint) to enhance content quality and presentation effectiveness.Monitor and incorporate feedback to continuously improve communication materials and approaches.Support internal change management and partner engagement initiatives through effective messaging. Required Experience 3 to 5 years of professional experience in communications, within marketing or sales organizations a plus.3 to 5 years developing Professional marketing or sales presentations/decksStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Preferred Experience Educational background in English or related fields.Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments and manage multiple stakeholders.Microsoft Office Specialist: Microsoft PowerPoint (Microsoft 365 Apps).Digital content creation experience: Editing: Using software like CapCut, AdobePremiere, or Canva to cut clips, add text, and polish final piecesProfessional experience leveraging AI Tools: Using AI assistants like ChatGPT or Claude for brainstorming, outlining, or streamlining workflows.Experience in large Enterprise Clients Location & In-Office Requirements Location: US: Raleigh / Durham, Austin, AtlantaIn-Office Requirement: Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 1 day per week in a Cisco office.Travel: Up to 10% for program workshops and stakeholder meetings. This will be fully funded as required.
