Communications Specialist

About the Role

Nevada Heart & Vascular Center is seeking an energetic, technology-focused Communications Specialist to help support and optimize our communication systems, artificial intelligence initiatives, employee communications, and patient engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, process improvement, training, and working collaboratively with operational leaders, providers, and staff. This is an on-site position in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Vonage and communication technology platforms.
• Assist with AI-driven workflow development and testing.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Support distribution of patient education and marketing materials.
• Train employees on communication tools and workflows.
• Assist with compliance tracking and documentation.
• Partner with leadership to improve communication efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of communications, healthcare operations, information technology, telecommunications, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to learn and support emerging technologies and AI tools.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based communication platforms.
