Qualifications

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or a closely related field
• Acceptable criminal history, DMV background checks and drug screening
• Valid Virginia Driver’s License

• A minimum of one (1) year of work experience in writing and editing publications, media relations, social media management, or communications
• Design experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva
