About the role
The Communications Specialist will play a pivotal role in empowering Stocksy’s co-owners to deliver exceptional work. This position focuses on fostering a values-driven workplace where excellent communication and collaboration are central to business success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate the gathering, analysis, and dissemination of key performance data to support decision-making and goal achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with co-owners to ensure alignment and support their professional growth.
- Drive initiatives that promote a culture of transparency, trust, and mutual respect within the co-owner community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, preferably in a collaborative environment like a co-operative.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.
- Understanding of co-operative principles and values.

Pay
- $75,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
