Communications Specialist

About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for various audiences
• Manage the company’s social media presence and engage with followers
• Create and distribute press releases and other external communications
• Oversee the production and distribution of internal newsletters and memos
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or public relations
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Experience with social media management tools and platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
