Responsibilities
- Develop communications strategies and create materials to align stakeholders, ensure engagement, and support program goals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive program communications strategy.
- Create various communications materials, including newsletters, presentations, and reports, tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Manage stakeholder engagement activities, including organizing and facilitating stakeholder meetings and events.
- Develop and maintain a stakeholder management plan, identifying key stakeholders and their communication needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex information into clear, concise messages for various audiences.
- Manage the program's internal and external communication channels, including websites, social media, and collaboration platforms.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Support change management initiatives by developing targeted communications to facilitate adoption of new processes or technologies.
- Stay informed about best practices in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 8 years of experience developing program communications, stakeholder engagement, and preparing technical communications material
- Security Clearance: Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position
Pay
The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $135,200—$278,500 USD
