Communications Representative, Marshall Medical Centers South, PRN, Shift varies

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen and process all nurse call and PBX calls from patients, staff and the general public
• Dispatch, page or transfer in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner to the appropriate party or department
• Provide administrative support for the marketing department as dictated by ongoing marketing communication plans and internal / departmental responsibilities

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience in switchboard operation and/or customer service

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Typing
