About the role

The Digital and Communications Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, manage the social media presence, and engage with the online community to enhance the brand's reach and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with PHS' organizational goals and target audience.
  • Develop engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok and others.
  • Maintain and monitor the social media presence, responding to inquiries and comments to build strong relationships and foster a positive brand image.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the strategy innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, content, and design teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, partnerships, and special events, to drive engagement and increase awareness of PHS' initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a communications Manager or similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
