About the role

As the Communications Manager, you will lead all external and internal communications efforts, manage the company’s public relations strategy, and oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for maintaining the company’s brand identity and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance BKX Holdings’ brand and reputation.
  • Manage media relations, including pitching stories to journalists and managing media inquiries.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, news articles, and other communications materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage social media accounts to engage with the community and promote BKX Holdings’ products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and media relations management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling content for various audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Experience with crisis communication and reputation management.

Skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with flexibility in working hours to accommodate remote work.
