Communications Liaison
Why Arista? Every pet is unique, and so is our approach at Arista. We are revolutionizing advanced pet care through seamless navigation and support that benefits pets, pet owners, and veterinary professionals. At Arista, we believe exceptional care starts with the people who provide it, and we are committed to providing a collaborative workplace where people feel valued, empowered, and inspired to grow.
Core Values & Culture
At Arista, our Core Values are the foundation for how we think about our jobs and how we treat others – clients, their pets, our referring veterinary community, and one another. We recruit and promote Arista Team Members with an intentional focus on inclusivity, preserving our strong culture, and recognizing individual abilities and accomplishments.
About the Role
The Communication Liaison is a critical role in ensuring patient and client advocacy while coordinating with internal Team Members for the best possible outcomes for pets. In essence, you will be the “human touch” and organizational hub, ensuring clarity and compassion in high‑stress veterinary environments.
Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Facilitate the hospital team's ability to work as efficiently as possible with minimal interruption by managing the flow of basic communication, including updates and information flow through the appropriate channels.
- Internal Coordination: Communicate client needs and concerns from “front of house” to “back of house” and vice versa.
- Process Improvement: Develop and refine communication protocols to reduce client stress and improve efficiency. Work closely with the Care Navigation Team to ensure a streamlined, well‑organized, and comfortable experience for each client and their pet.
