About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communications across multiple channels, including employee communications, executive messaging, social media, media materials, presentations, and corporate messaging.
- Support communications initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Create messaging frameworks, talking points, briefing materials, and communication assets that ensure consistency across audiences and platforms.
- Monitor and analyze communications performance, including social media engagement, website analytics, campaign performance, and other key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build dashboards and reports that provide visibility into communications initiatives, project milestones, and business impact.
- Partner with communications, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns and ensure alignment across functions.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, employee communications, or a related field.
- Experience supporting both internal and external communications initiatives.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and communication channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate communications performance and inform decision-making.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and can quickly understand business priorities while delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
- Five (5) years directly related experience.
- Demonstrated experience in institutional or corporate communications with an emphasis on communication planning/analysis and exposure to print and non-print media strategies.
- Ability to study complex data and broad business strategy and convert into practical, creative and effective communication strategies.
- Highly proficient analytical, problem-solving, organization, creativity, grammar, writing and human relations/relation management skills.
