Responsibilities
- Lead the visual development of RFPs, bid proposals, case studies, and one sheets, tailoring each to the prospect's brand, tone, and business needs.
- Design and manage high-impact presentation decks in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint, working with presenters from concept through completion.
- Translate complex research, market insights, and statistical data into clear, visually compelling graphics and infographics.
- Design trade show/conference environments, including large- and small-scale booth displays.
- Create branded promotional items, apparel, office swag, and event giveaways.
- Create supporting print collateral, sell-in materials, and conference leave-behinds.
- Build reusable templates, graphic assets, and creative resources to streamline production and elevate consistency.
- Produce graphics for corporate social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Afford assistance with regional North American client assignments as needed.
- Prepare, review, and deliver accurate, highly detailed, print-ready production files.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency, corporate communications, marketing, gaming, entertainment, or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing executive-level presentations and high-visibility communications for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across presentation design, digital communications, print collateral, and brand-focused creative work.
- Experience working within established brand guidelines while adapting creative approaches across different audiences, channels, and communication needs.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides, with demonstrated ability to create polished, design-forward executive presentations.
- Strong knowledge of digital design standards, file preparation, and prepress/print production specifications.
- Ability to prepare and manage production-ready creative assets across digital and print formats.

- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $72,000-$85,000 annually, plus eligibility for a 10% annual performance bonus, based on achievement of company and individual performance goals.
