About the Role

The Communications Generalist will be the primary coordinator of all communications that supports enrollment growth for the Graduate School of Theology. This role will primarily support recruitment marketing for on-campus and online admissions, as well as the engagement of current students, bringing continuity to the content and branding of all communications in the student lifecycle.

The Augustine Institute Graduate School of Theology exists to make Jesus Christ better known and loved through academic study. Faculty and students immerse themselves in the rich sources of the Catholic faith, drawing upon Sacred Scripture, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, and the writings of the Fathers and Doctors of the Church. The mission of the Graduate School is biblical, ecclesial, and missional. The Communications Generalist will develop messaging and content curation to support each stage of the student lifecycle—from prospective students to alumni—with a deep appreciation for the eternal impact of theological study.

The role requires a creative problem solver and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, proactive team environment. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator (written and oral), detail-oriented, and values authenticity and content-driven marketing.

This is a full-time, salaried (exempt) position reporting to the VP for Enrollment Management.
