Communications Director

About the Role

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Head of Communications to work on a full-time, on-site basis. The role will drive strategic communications initiatives across internal and external stakeholders, including media relations, corporate messaging, and crisis management. This position requires leadership in shaping public perception and aligning communications with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
• Lead media relations efforts, including press releases, interviews, and thought leadership placements.
• Oversee internal communications to ensure alignment with company goals and culture.
• Manage crisis communications and reputation risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to refine messaging and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications.
• Proven track record in media relations, crisis management, and strategic communications planning.
• Strong writing and editing skills for executive communications, press materials, and stakeholder updates.
• Experience managing communications for high-growth technology or AI-driven companies preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with cross-functional teams.

Pay

$250K - $400K/yr
